1. Booking Deposits
Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking to secure the scheduled appointment. Deposits will be applied toward the total service cost.
2. 72-Hour Refund Window
Customers may request a refund within 72 hours of booking if the service has not yet been performed.
After 72 hours from the time of booking, deposits and payments become non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Policy
If a customer cancels their appointment after 72 hours from the time of booking, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
This fee helps cover scheduling, administrative time, and lost appointment availability.
4. Same-Day or Last-Minute Cancellations
If a customer cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled service, the $50 cancellation fee will apply and any deposit paid may be forfeited.
5. Rescheduling
Customers may request to reschedule their appointment, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may still be subject to the $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee.
6. Company Cancellations
Refine X Metal & Wash reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to:

If the company cancels a service and cannot reschedule, any deposit paid will be fully refunded.
7. Completed Services
Once services have been completed, refunds will not be issued. If a customer has concerns about the service provided, they must notify Refine X Metal & Wash within 48 hours so the issue can be reviewed.
