1. Agreement to Terms

By hiring, booking, or using services provided by Refine X Metal & Wash, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services including but not limited to metal work, metal restoration, pressure washing, equipment cleaning, and other related services.

2. Services

Refine X Metal & Wash provides services including but not limited to:

  • Metal cleaning and restoration

  • Metal polishing and finishing

  • Pressure washing

  • Equipment and surface washing

  • Commercial and residential exterior cleaning

Services will be performed as agreed upon in the customer estimate or invoice.

3. Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Final pricing may change if project scope, conditions, or materials differ from the original estimate.

  • Additional work requested by the customer may result in additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Deposits may be required for large jobs or material purchases.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

  • Refine X Metal & Wash reserves the right to suspend or refuse service for unpaid balances.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Cash

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • Electronic payment platforms

  • Business check (if approved)

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide clear access to the work area

  • Remove fragile or valuable items from service areas

  • Ensure water and electrical access when required

  • Notify the company of any known surface issues or damage before work begins

Refine X Metal & Wash is not responsible for pre-existing damage.

6. Liability

While we take great care in performing our services:

  • Refine X Metal & Wash is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, structural weaknesses, rust, oxidation, loose paint, or improperly installed materials.

  • Certain surfaces may reveal imperfections once cleaned.

  • Maximum liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the service.

7. Weather and Scheduling

Services may be rescheduled due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Safety concerns

  • Equipment issues

We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule at the earliest available time.

8. Cancellations

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late cancellations may result in a service fee.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with a service, you must notify us within 48 hours so we can evaluate and address the issue.

10. Property Protection

We take precautions to protect surrounding property, but we are not responsible for:

  • Items left in service areas

  • Improper drainage or water flow on the property

  • Areas not included in the agreed service scope

11. Right to Refuse Service

Refine X Metal & Wash reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • Unsafe working conditions exist

  • The customer becomes abusive or threatening

  • The job conditions differ significantly from the estimate

12. Changes to Terms

Refine X Metal & Wash may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will apply to future services.
